2011 Plans ... your responses are most welcome
- 2011 will bring some changes, but the essence of what we do will remain the same ... we host jam nites and events that attract the best of our local music talent and a very appreciative and loyal audience of music lovers. We organize and promote the events so the venues make money with minimal effort, and we ensure that participating players have a positive experience. Our jams have a rotation of host bands to supply PA, drums and back line, and to assist jammers as needed with their mini-sets. We have over 2 years experience and venue references. Bluesgate is currently seeking additional venue locations for weekly jams and monthly showcases. Our fees are reasonable and all monies are split between the host band members. We specialize in electric jams, but also produce unplugged open-mic style sessions. In spite of the BG name, we are not limited to blues, but are open to all "baby-boomer friendly music" ... We also offer related services such as mobile recording, video production and live webcasting, band promotion and band booking. At this time, I would like to ask for your suggestions, comments and questions. Thank you all for your support. let's all take this to the next level in 2011. We can do it if we work together. Talk to me, people ... dwcharlestown@aol.com works best, thanks !
